How I wish I were in NYC for March Break. Hearing 'There She Goes' by The Las made me feel so happy. First heard it in the Parent Trap when Hallie arrives in London; her hair is blowing in the wind as the scenery flies past. At least I can reminisce on memories made on my last trip to nyc.

First arriving in New York on our trip, we decided to check out Chelsea, Times Square, and the Upper East Side. In Chelsea, there's Housing Works, Angel Street Thrift, and Loehmann's. I found a pair of $1 Earnest Sewn jeans (exactly my size) at Housing Works that I saw later that day at Saks for $90 (on sale).

After sustenance from Jamba Juice, we intended to go to Times Square, then to the MET. Too bad the MET closes at 5. Luckily, watching breakdancing on the steps of the MET is as, if not more, entertaining.
